Placed my order today around 6pm and was completed by 7pm. I was shown pictures of my items also. Its all now packed up and ready for posting. Definitely recommend buisness ☆☆☆☆☆

Moomin merchandise provide an excellent service that can be tailored to suit any needs / requirements for your merch, always prompt with updates and lead times and uses good postage options too, always able to help us out when we’re in a bind and need to get stuff made up to get the cash flow going again, Dave is a gentleman and a genuine diamond in the rough which is becoming rare in the music industry! Also no job is too big or small, even really limited batches or drop shipping are options.

I asked Dave at very short notice if he was able to supply me with some bespoke shirts. Nothing was too much of a problem, and they were delivered to me inside a week. Can't fault the man or his business in the slightest!

Would happily reccommend to any and all looking for bespoke clothing, keyrings, etc. having seen other examples of his work supplied to others. I used him on recommendation, wasn't disappointed at all, and will happily recommend his service to any and all!

My first experience with Moomin Merchandise was in November of 2022, and was met with openness and honesty. I'd trust Moomin for any print and merchandise work moving forward.

Moomin Merchandise are a brilliant company.
From the quality of the merchandise, to the design and the turnaround time, I really have nothing but praises.
I have had tshirts, hoodies and stickers. Sizes and quality of materials were spot on.

Moomin keeps coming through for me time and time again. The amount of times Moomin has dug me out of a hole at short notice with quality bespoke merch. This means I have no need to look anywhere else for my merch provider. I like many of my peers in the promotion world would not go anywhere else.

I have worked with Moomin Merchandise both as a client and in collaboration. Dave always goes out of his way to make things happen in a timely and professional manner. His products are always high quality and reasonably priced. If there is something not advertised it is always asking him if he could do it as generally he can!

I have used Moomin Merchandise for various band clothing and also some acrylic cutting and have found him to be nothing short of excellent in every way.
He caught an error in one design before it was printed onto a full run of t-shirts and hoodies.
All in all I have been very happy with every aspect of Moomin Merchandise and will continue to use him in the future.

Excellent quality products that have stood not only the test of time but a handful of accidental spins in the dryer with no issues. Nothing but professional and pleasant communication with the team and would be my go to for supplying merch for future events

Unfortunately it is necessary for us to rewrite our original review due to emails we are continuing to receive from Moomin Merchandise.

Our original review voiced our concerns of this business conducting themselves in a dishonest and inappropriate manner, of potentially being a scam.

Moomin Merchandise asked us to be a supplier for them with the materials needed for one of their own products. After a week the order had not arrived so Moomin contacted us by email and phone. We replied to the email within 5 minutes of receiving it with an update but were unable to answer their phone enquiry immediately.

Rather than respond to our email, Moomin surprisingly took to Trustpilot to accuse us of illegal activity, running a scam and encouraging others to avoid us. A somewhat disproportionate response for an overdue small order of fabric!

We tried to reach out to Moomin by email once again but to no avail so we left our own review of our experiences. Online retail is awash with a myriad of scams and Moomins alarming reaction certainly ticked a few boxes of well known retail scams.

Sadly this is where things have taken a sinister turn.

This morning our employees have arrived at work to find a bombardment of Facebook comments and threatening emails from the owner.

He has told us to remove our review or he will, in his words, 'be forced to take further actions...'

What does this mean? Legal action? Personal threats? Both?

Most worryingly he has made it clear that he has discovered some of our employees personal addresses, presumably to target with these 'further actions'. A very concerning situation for those that work for us and their families. Why would you need staff members personal addresses when our business address is readily available?

The owner of Moomin Merchandise says he will be reporting us to the Police. Given the threatening emails he has been sending us today, this can only be considered a good thing and we look forward to hearing from them.

Moomin Merchandise are very willing to be spiteful and leave terrible feedback accusing you of illegal activity if you are unable answer the phone to them. However, when a review is left for them, expect plenty of personal threats and social media harassment.

No doubt Moomin will respond with further accusations but all of the above is accurate. It is all documented and awaiting that police investigation that Moomin claim will be taking place.

All this because we took 5 minutes to respond to an email but had not answered the phone!

Whether you are a supplier or a customer, be wary of this one.
