What a con! They will send you promotions, but will find some reason not to pay you a bonus! I deposited and wagered £40 after receiving a promotion email and they told me I had deposited through the casino page and not the sports page, even though I had a bet on sports and used the bonus code given. DO NOT USE!!

One star is too much for this company I have given them proof of Id over and over again, my withdrawal has been pending for nearly 4 weeks now. They have no telephone number to contact they reply via email once every 3/4 days and just repeat the same stuff over and over again. The online chat is live bots and it’s mind numbing. Over a week ago I tried to withdraw £2000, provided all documentation requested. They have now stopped answering to emails and even their complaints team will not answer. I have had to raise with resolver and now speaking with a lawyer to take legal action against them for theft. Please read all reviews and do not sign up

They take your deposit and don't honour the sign up free bets. Then they make it impossible to contact them. They did something to my account where i couldn't even withdraw my money. There was a pop up box that was asking me to confirm my profession that would appear whatever tab i clicked on and prevented me from withdrawing my own funds. This company is SCUM and are linked to other Indian scammers.

Still waiting to hear back from this company about why they took my winnings back out of my bank account reversed the transaction my bank cant do anything about it due to visa regulations stay away from this scamming company theyve left me in overdraft due to this and ill be closing my bank account as i shouldnt have to pay back the mistake of the company and ill definstly be closing my monster casino account

They scammed me I did a deposit of 76 euro’s and won 300. Now I have won 500 that is still in the account but Im not even gonne cash out Its a scam!! They just let my withdrawel dissapear and I received nothing in my bank account.

Worst site ever I have had more communication with my 6month year old daughter they said because I use d my partners bank card that I can’t withdraw my winning even tho I send a letter with confirmation that I can use card worst site. I signed up as a new customer after seeing the '£30 free sports bet' promotion on their main page after finding the site on a Google search. I deposited as per the promo and didn't receive the free bet... instead received free spins which have to be wagered (irrelevant anyway as I don't do slots). I contacted customer service and spoke to 'Simona' (in all likelihood not a real person) who (after waiting a very long time on the chat) said I didn't sign up through a valid link for the promo, and made no attempt to rectify the situation. I showed screenshots showing that I had, which she ignored and just kept trying to end the chat. So they advertised a sign up bonus which they don't award... a complete SCAM
