This company is a complete racket. They are charging you 6x the cost of their materials, which are just extruded aluminum.

Their under the desk rail system is Aluminium Profile 80x16 light on the innovalu website and on amazon. $15 for 1160mm, while they charge $90. FOR WHAT? Drilling some holes in it??

Their labor costs have to be a joke and they're making money hand over fist. Ridiculous.

Go on their website, download their manuals, and buy the parts yourself for a fraction.

Paid £1500 for a chair, then got charged £100 duty, they sent one small box (no chair) and now they aren't acknowledging my ticket and DHL think they've delivered it all... it's a scam company..

Wanted to buy an item worth 59 Euro, the only selectable shipment option was Dhl Express for 16 Euro
So i contacted the support to tell them makes no sense to pay a third of the item value for shipping.
I was told that thats the only way. So i ordered since i need the parts
i thought ok, at least i will get it fast , but the payed express option is useless because the order ist still not processed after 4 days
that is not okay.. so for what did i pay 16 euro extra exactly ?

Bought their blackbird chair shortly after it was first released and been using it ever since both for gaming, simming and working. It's not a perfect chair, but it has done well by me.

Almost 2 year later, the padding on one of the arm rests started falling apart. Monstertech, after a bit of discussion, replaced the armrest under warranty.

Ordered a chair with full set of accessories.

It arrived months after quoted delivery time.
Turns out they shipped the WRONG chair (received a different material and color) with several parts missing from my order.
They for some reason also split the shipment in two separate parcels (which for me means having to pay the customs handling fee of 50€ twice).

Repeated requests to customer service basically got ignored.

Overall an amazing service and amazing products! You don't have to contact them cause their products are robust and reliable.

I've started using the table mount with my T16000, and brought new plate for WarBrd so far. Those table mounts won't move once it's properly secured and there's no visible wear and tear after months of use.

Good quality products, but too expensive for what it is.
Very poor website management, once you placed an order, the status is "Processing" with no additional information and then "Completed"... Not very fast for sending either, had to wait 3 weeks at least for my two orders, without any reason..
