Account was suspended for no reason. I always play fair and even buy from in-app purchases. Never again - no appeal option is given either so you can’t do anything. It’s gone from my favourite game to the absolute worst!

This company is the worst. They don’t care about us the customers no matter how many times the game glitches during partner events they don’t offer any kind of compensation when their game is messing up. Don’t waste your time reaching out to customer service because they never help

Banned for no reason after spending almost 200$ in game purchase, this is a big scam

This game is rigged. They suspend you for no reason. I asked why I was suspended they gave me a general answer oh you violated the game blah blah I talked to “customer service” they said they are looking into it. 10 hrs later still nothing! They don’t care. “Customer service” is basically useless. Rigged game. DO NOT waste your time or money

This company should have a proper appeal process as they suspend accounts unfairly. They are using the legal framework I their t and c’s to suspend via an algorithm . However they do not allow appeals and customer service is an absolute joke .

You will spend a lot of money to progress and will run the risk of suspension if you get too many dice, build too quickly, fart too loudly, pick your nose too often. These suggestions are as farcical as your suspensions .

Apparently once you are suspended- accidental or otherwise, they will not overturn it so play at your own risk because they will not help you. They only go by an automatic algorithm (no human reviews suspension/bans) and if you are just unlucky, that's it. Would not recommend spending any money on this app.

Extremely repetitive and tries to get you to pay for more rolls every 2 minutes. You can beat the game very quickly.

Mogo is a joke, like everyone is saying, you spend a shed load of money and the minute you decide to build at speed or complete your partners game in 2 days it's a problem.
I was banned for the first time for 3 days because I completed my album got 15000 dice and used them to build and progress too quickly for them. I sent dupes from my alt account to help me to complete sets when my dice ran out. There are people who have hacked the game and all sorts but we are the ones getting suspended and banned.
This time out has made me realise how much time I was spending on this game, not sure if I will bother with it again.

Firstly its not possible to complete most events and all the albums without spending money. This game is as random as a slot machine, the odds are all stacked against you. If you increase your multipliers you will not land on anything of value. If you need corner spaces, or railroads etc you won't land on them til most of the dice are gone. So many gold stickers now where there's no way of getting them even with trading. Now im hearing people being banned for being too lucky? Unacceptable. Totally rigged game to extract maximum amount of real money out of you (not to mention crazy expensive). I can be sitting next to someone playing and they have completely different prices. Add that to the 500 pop ups to spend money and add friends, so annoying.

Suspending and banning accounts for using high roller, a feature THEY put in the game is actually insane. Be careful if you get lucky with your high roller rolls you’ll likely end up suspended. I wouldn’t even bother using HR. Customer service will tell you “we can’t give you any more information but you’ll get your account back at the end of the suspension” and then end the conversation without waiting for you to speak. Absolutely terribly run game and company.

Pissed I was banned during the partners game. I wasn’t even playing at the time. I had just won dice and bought stickers to get the dice to play and I got some stupid canned message saying I was banned for cheating how the hell do you cheat buying dice and cards from the game. You people are retarded. So angry contemplating deleting the game. Why play a game when you don’t get to even ask what or why or how this can happen.

Lemme tell you this game pisses me off and I’ll explain why you get say 1500 dice u roll the highest multiplier u get nothing not a damn thing but lemme roll with 5 multiplier that’s when u hit for everything this game tries its best to sabotage you then let’s talk about the golden blitz how is it the only time u get to trade cards is when they say and its always the worst ones im literally 5 cards away from completing the album know why i wont complete it cause its all golden cards have no way of obtaining any of them then lets get to the events i know im not tripping when i say this but this game has made it so dag on hard to complete a event i roll with the highest multiplier i get 600 lemme roll with the lowest one ima get the highest score im pretty sure this game has taken my dice numerous times i close the game with 3000 dice come back to 2500 explain that do yourself a favor and don’t waste time on buying any packs cuz ur gonna get the same cards over and over again.

Monopoly GO suspended me in the middle of my game. I have never cheated, never violated their terms and just doing partners event and I got suspended. When I tried to talk to them its all the same BS that they can't disclose it but I violated their terms. Can someone please tell me what I did wrong so I can avoid it in future?
Completing this album and deleting this game.

Suspended my friends, my son's and daughters account for no reason other than utilizing high roller. Got my friend and daughters account TWICE! I spent way too much money on this game and it's just not fun anymore. More and more suspensions with no proof of anyone doing anything wrong. Once I'm out of dice I'm done!

Got banned for apparently cheating or something, CS is an absolute joke they cut my conversation short and now ghosted me. The ban is put in place for 3 days which left my partners hanging and also can't get my quick wins. Stop with bs and give back our accounts otherwise you'll lose a lot of members

Monopoly go banned me in the middle of a partner event all cause I won some dice honestly leaving my partners hanging on there own. They don’t give out enough dice or blitz events to help anybody out but will ban certain people and can’t explain why they banned u. And the airplane mode people can continue to play nothing happens and the ones that’s played for years and struggled on the game gets banned! This is one big joke instead of banning ppl help ppl out!

Terrible support. I'm on a different server that Scopely put me on than any of my 500 playing friends therefore have no partners for an upcoming event. Support has not answered any of my multiple complaints. They have completely ghosted me.

Pay to play dont do it ull lose all ur money just to look good they are gonna rob u blind legally

I'm figuring this out as I go.
When a sign pops up saying to purchase something, click the X. At the bottom left corner where it says wins, click that and check the 3 wins. Then play again. It has over 200 boards. I might finish someday without purchasing a darn thing.
