Warranty policy could be improved but customer service was great
I've bought plenty of pieces from MV and love the styles and quality, and the repair service which I have needed for discolouration, and a pair of earrings which became faulty. The only issue is if you buy something in the sale, and they can't repair it, they won't replace it with a similar item - only give you a voucher for what you paid. I got my favourite hoops in a sale and unfortunately when they broke, they could only offer me a voucher close to what I paid (which I can't buy another pair with, unless I wait for another sale). However customer service is always fantastic, very responsive and polite (Rumaanah was great), so I will continue to buy here :)

Sentimental story
I had to return a piece of mine bought for me by my mum. I was emailed quite quickly to say that it couldn’t be repaired and I voucher would be sent to me. My bangle was very sentimental to me as my mum has now passed away Rumannah the MV context very kindly agreed to send the bangle back to me and also provide a voucher to allow me to replace my broken bangle - amazing customer support thank you Rummanah and MV

I sent some earrings back for repair which I originally purchased in 2024.
Rumaanah from your team emailed to say unfortunately the repair could not be done and the earrings were now discontinued. I was so disappointed as the earrings were one of my favourite items .
Rumaanah suggested I could have a voucher to the value of the earrings. Also they would send my items back for a keepsake .
I was very happy with your service .
