Exceptional Customer Service by the Piercer!
I cannot recommend enough the experience I had having my ears pierced by Brittany in the Leeds store. She was skilled, highly professional, friendly and made me feel at such ease. I've been back to have them downsized too and still a great experience and helpful advice. This is especially telling as they don't charge for the downsizing but still a pleasant reception. She has also gone out of her way to accommodate appointments, given honest advice and overall made the experience enjoyable. I've had great recommendations for earrings and purchased not only the piercing studs but also my follow-up jewellery from her too. Overall a lovely, well presented store and great experience all round.

I am writing this to warn other customers. I ordered a gift for my wife’s birthday 3 weeks in advance, for a delivery that was supposed to take only 1 week. It has now been nearly a month and I still have nothing.
The package has been stuck at DHL customs in France for over two weeks because Monica Vinader failed to provide the necessary diamond certification documentation with the shipment.
On my wife’s birthday, instead of giving her the jewelry, I had to give her their excuses. It was deeply embarrassing and the surprise was completely ruined. Despite dozens of emails, customer service is just giving me automated replies saying they are "waiting for DHL".
As a customer, it is not my job to manage their logistics failure. For a premium brand, this is an appalling level of service. I am now demanding a full refund immediately as the 30-day legal delivery limit is approaching. Avoid this brand if you have a deadline or a special occasion!
While I understand that customs can take time, this is something you should inform customers about before purchase, not after the delay has already occurred. If you know there are systematic issues with diamond certifications and French customs, you have a duty to warn your clients.

Hi Matteo, thank you for your review, although I am sorry to see it is not as good as it could be, and we apologise for any disappointment and embarrassment that this unforeseen delay has caused. Please rest assured that the necessary documents are always provided to our courier in the first instance. However, customs have the authority to hold parcels at will, and sadly sometimes we are bound by customs' time restraints for processing, which we appreciate can be very frustrating.
We can confirm however that you had been speaking to associates each time you had contacted us, and we have been chasing DHL on a daily basis, including earlier this morning. The last instance of a tracking update for the parcel was yesterday. We are reviewing options in order to provide you with a prompt solution and we'll be sure to reach out later today by email.

Demri at the Nordstrom Bellevue store was absolutely amazing! She helped me find the right pieces and my hands, wrist, and neck are fabulous now! Highly recommend all their pieces. I’m so fancy!

This company truly gets customer service right. Back in the day, it felt like the customer always came first - but nowadays, so many companies hide behind rigid terms and conditions, showing little flexibility when you actually need support.
Not MV!. Their “customers are king” ethos genuinely shines through every time you have a query. They’ve exceeded my expectations on multiple occasions, which is exactly why I remain a loyal customer.
And obviously their jewellery is just stunning!

There is not enough product stock
There is not enough product stock, and it feels like the staff always have something to say to customers who are interested, without giving them enough time or space. It creates a sense of pressure rather than a comfortable shopping experience.
Overall, I was not satisfied.

Warranty policy could be improved but customer service was great
I've bought plenty of pieces from MV and love the styles and quality, and the repair service which I have needed for discolouration, and a pair of earrings which became faulty. The only issue is if you buy something in the sale, and they can't repair it, they won't replace it with a similar item - only give you a voucher for what you paid. I got my favourite hoops in a sale and unfortunately when they broke, they could only offer me a voucher close to what I paid (which I can't buy another pair with, unless I wait for another sale). However customer service is always fantastic, very responsive and polite (Rumaanah was great), so I will continue to buy here :)
