Moneyback PPI (ceased trading 2019) 

Very efficent service, that was easy to use. With all the leg work done by Moneyback PPI and a very reasionable fee for the money recovered

Bad. Paid the fees in July and had constant phone calls and letters telling me to pay after. Phoned company explaining i had paid told everything was fine in December a letter arrived saying I was being taken to court for not paying fees!! Phone debt collection agency to explain I had paid the fees! Eventually I received an email from Moneyback PPI thanking me for my payment no apology for stress the letter/phone calls had caused.

Was dubious about attempting ppi but biting the bullet and going ahead with moneyback ppi , my doubts were overcome .
I was astonished at the amount of ppi they recovered for me

Very Poor experience have to do a lot of the work yourself. Was pestered for payment but my claim had not been settled then was sent threatening letters for a debt recovery company which is part of the same company. A company I would not trust or recommend after paying the grand some of £36 pound I’m still having hassle.

Very helpful staff guided me though the paper work with ease & collected my reward
