Moneyback PPI (ceased trading 2019) 

Excellent support and communication throughout the process. Very fair rates for the work undertaken by Moneyback PPI and the outcome. I was informed every step of the process via email and letter. Definitely would recommend.

Excellent customer service. Every claim Moneyback PPI handled for me was managed professionally, and I was always kept up to date with the status of each claim. Fees are fair and I'm very happy overall with everything, especially the thousands of pounds they got back for me!

I have used Moneyback PPI to investigate a few PPI claims and have found them very professional and keep you updated every step of the way by email, I did have a reason to speak to them and had the same excellent customer service, would recommend them to anyone that is needing the same service

Very efficient service I was amazed at all the PPI they recovered for me.
Lots of forms to fill in and all the phone calls from the bank's asking questions. But it was nice to have a professional backup from Money back PPI with some banks making lame excuses that I should of known better. That their policy were the best and very good value.Not one bank ask any questions like they ask me about PPI and that it was optional.
Only one bank was gracious and paid up.
I appreciate what they did for me and recommend to all my family and friends

I am absolutely amazed that any more PPI was found. I had aleady put a claim in a few years ago so was convinced there was nothing more due to me. Various firms contacted me with high rates being charged to do the investigation. When Moneyback PPI contacted me only charging a low rate I thought what have I got to loose. Amazingly, over 2 thousand pounds was found on credit cards I'd had over the years. I wouldn't have known where to start but with their investigation and straight forward guidance my claim has been successful. I am absolutely delighted and would recommend anyone to go this route before time runs out.

Money Ppi were excellent. They checked through our history and found Ppi,s that we didn’t know we had. We,ve had a few thousand refunded now which has been a massive help. My only criticism and it’s not their fault it’s our greedy government,s ,is that you pay tax on it which is pretty crap considering this is money you’ve already earned and paid tax and NI on as part of your normal outgoings . Anyways I recommend everyone check it out . Our friends pushed us to do this and if it wasn’t for them we would have missed out .so get checking people , these guys and girls can help.

The guys at MoneyBack PPI were just great - they didn't pester us with phone calls, they answered my one and only question immediately and we got back thousands of pounds of PPI which to be honest I didn't realise I had paid nor expected to get back. Thank you

Keeping me updated was poor and despite using them to persue a claim I still had to do a lot of direct community to the bank and the ombudsman.

Terms and conditions were clearly stated , on line help was helpful and all paperwork was put together in a readily understandable way.
Would certainly recommend them
