Moneyback PPI (ceased trading 2019) 

I found the whole process really efficient and easy. Communication via email was great and responses always quick. Although the lenders were sometimes slow to respond, Moneyback PPI kept me up to date and well informed. Fees were transparent and reasonable. I don't think I would ever have got around to claiming by myself so using Moneyback PPI was worth it for me.

From filling in easy form to receiving money for two claims Moneyback PPI is the way to go. Kept informed every step of the way, didn't have account numbers or exact dates but managed to receive pay outs. Just go for it!

Finally gave in to the hype, really couldn’t be bothered either way. Bit the bullet and went for it. I chose who I used. Moneyback ppi were not greedy like most with a low commission fee. So pleased I took the plunge and I have got back a few thousand pounds I was willing to not bother about and I didn’t even know I was owed thanks to them.

Was recommended by a friend to use Moneyback PPI and to be honest was a little sceptical at first. I was totally wrong to feel like that! The whole process was clear, easy to access, supportive and - even better - successful. They even found accounts that I didn't realise that I had had so that was even better. Also the wonderful post-it notes on the application forms really helped me fill them in correctly.
