To be honest ,I thought we would not get anything back. But thanks to money back ppi and our friend who made us apply we have had approximately£10,000 minus there 11% + vat back in compensation/refunds. In fact we have just had another payment from a barclay visa card dating back nearly 20 years ago!

I consider them a professional company who did what they said, thy would and only charged 12%.
No hassle, no hounding, no unwanted calls or texts, but were very responsive when I had any question for them.
I would use them again if needed.

Definitely use Moneyback PPI. They charge only 12% of fees. I have seen others that can charge up to 30% . They didn’t hound me with calls they were completely professional. I called them a couple of times and they were very helpful.
I have recommended them to several friends. Do not hesitate to use this company.
