The membership agreement offer…
The membership agreement offer discounts and customer service informed us that it is 10%.
Apparently, it is 10% for the Modstøm but not the end customer, this is very confusing. This was told by a second customer service employee when the site had an error and I couldn't order this membership package. Then he said - but why do you need it and explained the situtation.
The payment method that requires paying extra was registered without my consent.
I got promise of calling back and then solved an issue after it was done, but received 3 more calls by other customer employees the same day checking on the issue which was resolved.
A call that I registered for from the energy advisor was never received.
I consider this to be a very bad style and I will move to another supplier at my earliest convenience.

The customer service is a mess
The customer service is a mess, I’m calling to solve the problem and I always get kicked off, I hear “we will call you back later today” and they call in two days or don’t call at all.
Also, the case manager decided to lie and put a note that we had a conversation and problem was solved, when I actually didn’t have any call from the company.
Looking forward to switching to another company.

They are just decieving their…
They are just decieving their customers. On the phone when they are selling the electricity they are saying one thing and in reality they do total opposite . When i called to the customer service they are saying whatever our sales department told you by phone is not relevent and we go only after the written contract.
