Awful service once they have been paid they dont care. Shocking they keep fobbing my mum off , will not come out to repair her scooter even though she is covered by warranty and trying to charge her £100 to even come out . laughed when she said would cancel the finance as they had already been paid steer well clear bunch of cowboys

We did accept your request for our team to assess the issues with the scooter, and during that process, we explained that there is an initial £99 call-out/assessment fee. This fee is fully refundable if your claim with the insurance company is successful.
I understand that there may have been some misunderstanding, and I’m sorry for that. However, this policy is in place to cover our costs in the event that the claim is unsuccessful, especially as certain warranty exclusions, such as for batteries, may apply.
If you wish for our team to continue with the claim then feel free to contact us at any point.
