Bad customer service
Ordered two balls, one for a kids' party. Got only one ball delivered (took a week), which I thought was odd, as both were in stock. Waited a few days then emailed customer service. First, they couldn't find my account, so I sent in my order number. Then the next email was a refund. No email as to why it hasn't been delivered, no reason why I'm suddenly getting a refund, and now they just ignore my emails asking what's going on? I didn't ask for a refund, as I still need the ball.

Still best around but loyalty and quality are slipping.
Mitre for me always have good (although slowly getting worse) footballs and they are probably the best.
However they don’t show much loyalty, returning customers are not given any reward at all. I have bought over 100 footballs in the last 3 years and you don’t even get a discount for returning. I have had a few discounts from other companies so might be worth trying something new.

Poor quality
These indoor Mitre balls never last long before they go out of shape. However, this one was even worse as it had a faulty valve which meant that it lost air as soon as was pumped up! No amount of fiddling with the valve helped, so we never even used the ball 😢

5 a side balls
5 a side balls. Bought 3. Many a year ago we would get months out of a ball.
2 used so far. One lasted 4 games before becoming misshaped and hollow feeling. The second only lasted one game before bursting.

Football was delivered on time
Football was delivered on time, and at the quality I expected. It was a freestyle football that was a bit too rough compared to more expensive freestyle balls but for the price I can't complain. Definitely more grip to do tricks with than a regular ball, but can't do it barefoot coa of the roughness

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, ordered socks, the money was taken but the socks were not delivered. Had to email and chase to be told that the order had been cancelled because the item was out of stock. I enquired if they were available in the next size up and if not I needed a refund. No reply to my query on size,just a refund email sent. Felt very impersonal.

Poor Quality balls
