Horrendous. Horrible. Utterly abysmal.
Horrible customer service. Horrendous! I ordered ball pit and slide with shipping to Australia - not cheap but fair I was prepared to pay for shipping. The slide however was NOT shipped. It has not arrived and when I asked where the slide was, they said it would arrive in a few days-untrue! When I asked for tracking information, misioo sent me the same tracking number for the ball pit- like i wouldn't notice. Their communication is appalling. It has been almost 30 days since i placed the order. It has been a most unpleasant shopping experience. I've contacted them many times and my missing order has not only not been made a priority but I've been ignored. I'm having to dispute this with my credit card company as I cannot get the company to give me a response. Worst shopping experience ever. The most frustrating experience. Small company or not. Customer service and satisfaction should be prime importance. I'm an incredibly angry and unhappy customer. Other companies have spontaneously offered discounts and compensation for shipping delays. Misioo have just resigned to silence. I'd give zero stars if I could.
I don't think that just because it's a child's toy, my rights as a paying customer are negated.

We do understand that you are unhappy about the delivery lead time and proposed you either to cancel your order or to get a refund of the shipping cost.
