Engineer Sam in site within couple of days of my request. He worked cleanly and safely and quickly solved the problem. He left the bathroom clean and tidy. Excellent service.

Very easy to deal with Mira as a company and their customer service is always very good.

Rang up and got a repair the next day and again, got a call from Sam of the morning of the visit giving me a time of arrive.

As with previous visits from Mira staff, Sam was professional, polite and explained what the issues were and the repairs carried out.

If I could give 10 stars i absolutely would!
Kevin informed me of when he would arrive and he was on time, he stated who he was at the front door and he even asked if where he was parked was ok? He was so polite and professional from start to finish. I was spoken to throughout the repair of my shower and was given some really good advice which I never knew before. Kevin resolved the issue straight away and now we have a working shower and I feel so confident now after purchasing my care and repair for the future. I would 1000% recommend to my friends and family. The customer service at Mira even on the telephone was a positive experience. Literally cannot fault a thing.

I love my Mira shower, but I can't give it 5 stars because the Platinum control unit doesn't last long and has needed replacing every few years. I am currently waiting for another one so I can't use my walk-in shower: this is making life difficult because I am disabled.

I phoned Mira initially on 20th July and was told one would be sent to me. Somebody categorised it wrongly so when I phoned 10 days later to ask where it was, I was told another one would be dispatched. Today is 14th August and it hasn't arrived, so I have phoned again. This time I was told that it's out of stock and I won't be able to have one until the beginning of September. This is unbelievable! Surely somewhere in this organisation (on a fitter's van for example) one could be sourced. I am beyond disappointed.

Sebastian visited to fit a new shower. Very pleasant and helpful gentleman. Gave me advice on how to care for the shower to ensure it lasts longer. Tidied up and took old shower away. I would definitely recommend Sebastian. Thank you Sebastian.

I love my Mira Atom ERD mixer shower. But it has started leaking after only 2 years of use. I gather this is expected (hoped for?) within the shower industry in general. The cheapest repair I can achieve is to buy the failed part (Thermostatic Cartridge Assembly) for £96 and do it myself. Mira quotes £160 to repair it. So...
Only buy this (and, presumably any other Mira product) if you are able and willing to spend £96-£160 every two years.
To be fair this may not be a Mira-specific problem. I suspect all other shower manufacturers operate on a similar model (supply items with time-limited parts and then charge the earth for replacement parts - but they don't advertise this up front at the point they are trying to persuade you to buy their product)

Amazing customer service from Courtney.

Our shower started leaking when switched off and our bathroom fitter directed us to contact Mira as it was still under warranty. I spoke to Megan who was so apologetic, friendly and helpful. She arranged for Philip, a service engineer, to come out the following day and sort the issue. The entire process was seamless and we received great service from everyone involved! Thanks 🙏

Michael / Bristol did a super job being prompt and punctual. We now have a new shower that works exactly as we're used to. We were also told of the subtle changes now in place.

Arrived on time, assessed the problem, fitted a new shower as old one unrepairable, done job efficiently, left as clean when arrived, proffesional, friendly Mira workman. Very happy customer.
