The Mirador Sienna outdoor set has genuinely exceeded what I expected. The build quality feels sturdy without being clunky — solid frame, no wobble even after moving pieces around a few times.
Comfort-wise, the cushions strike a great balance: supportive but not stiff, and the fabric feels perfect. Assembly was straightforward — clear instructions, all hardware included, done in under an hour with no tools drama.
It’s become our go-to spot for morning coffee and evening wind-downs. Would absolutely recommend if you want something that looks upscale but doesn’t feel fussy or fragile.
The delivery service was stellar as well!

Excellent responses on questions. Smartly designed and relatively easy to build. This was the best product delivery we have received in a long while.

370 Gallon storage box
I’ll start off with I got the 370 gallon one,had some concerns over long lead times but got it delivered 6 days after I ordered , I was impressed with the packaging, there was no dings or dents in the panels . The paper instructions are pretty whack,some of the hardware is preinstalled for shipping and then you have to remove it ,the video helps, they don’t make it clear that you have to keep the hardware you removed in specific groupings . The assembly will take forever if you don’t use a power tool, but i was impressed with the overall quality and sturdiness of it, really good product. The only gripe I have is that the lid is a little wonky it doesn’t sit flat for us when closed , will have to play with it a little more.

Mirador Bin for the yard…
The delivery was prompt and the product is good. Its my third one.... but fit and finish can be a challenge due to bent panels that you can (for the most part) hammer or bend back into shape. But the way it goes together seems to correct those issues. Simple to assemble if you follow the instructions.

Great product
Delivery was actually sooner than I would have thought, and it was in perfect condition when it arrived. Installation was a little sketchy. There are no words to explain the pictures, and the pictures aren't enough. Thanks to those that show how to install. Once you know, it's really easy. less than 45 minutes. I love the feel when moving the screen up or down. Very smooth.

Awful shipping experience - still waiting for product...
This review is for the "experience," as requested. I have no idea about the product yet because the shipping company is so awful, it has yet to be delivered, despite standing us up for 2 deliveries and then postponing another because there was no room on the truck. There are many bad reviews about the shipping company - Mirador should strongly consider using another vendor.

We received the wrong hardware kit for…
We received the wrong hardware kit for our pergola. It seems that the kit we received was for a much smaller unit, as the part count was wrong on almost every item. Customer service has been a nightmare and I still have no idea when or if I will be getting my replacement hardware kit. Right now, we have 2000 lbs of metal stacked on our patio, and no way to erect it into a structure.
