UNA VERGÜENZA

Me anularon productos de mi compra, aún así tuve que pagar los gastos de envío como si recibiera todo. Lo único que me llegó fue un reloj (rayado) que estuve un mes esperando para poder devolverlo, pagando el coste del transporte. La atención al cliente es NULA. me he puesto en contacto con ellos de todas las formas posibles y nada. Solo hace falta echarle un vistazo a su facebook para ver que es igual de pésimo para más gente. Una auténtica vergüenza.

Malisimo; una estrella es demasiado.

Pésima experiencia; no volveré a comprar.
Pésima información de las compras; la atención al cliente no debe existir (no pude contactar con ellos, ni por email, ni por teléfono); mal producto, mal embalaje y sin conocer la fecha de entrega.
Me quedé con un chifonier que llegó en mal estado y plantearme la devolución era una pérdida de tiempo ya que nadie te respondía.
