Purchased a van just before Christmas and excellent service.
Had a couple is issues that I got put right local to me as I am in Stoke and Avanti and the warrant company covered the costs without hesitation and the service was brilliant.
I’ve waited a few months before I reviewed the company to make sure everything went well.
The warrant company they use are also very good and I have extended the warranty at a very fair price for 12 months. The garage I used for the repairs said they have never dealt with a warranty company as easy to deal with.
Highly recommended supplier and would defuse them again.

I have recently purchased a car from avanti unfortunately it developed a fault so I phoned avanti expecting a long process but I have to admit the service i received was first class not only did Derek source a garage for me to get the car repaired they settled the bill without any queries what so ever they really do give an exceptional after sales service so if anybody out there are thinking of changing their car or van they would find it really difficult to better this company I was do impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend avanti automotive to anyone great service and lovely people to deal with.

We made an order for full solar system, paid £3700 as a down payment, there was something doggy about them, they never sent a surveyor which made us suspicious.
They took our deposit and disappeared, on their profile it says that they are permanently closed, we don't know who to contact now to get our deposit back

I had a query on my recent invoice and thought it was a bill but when the lady explained it I understood it was a statement. Helen was very helpful and knowledgeable explaining everything thoroughly to me.

The worst insurance co I’ve ever dealt with. Their money supplier Premium Credit, tried to set up another DD and take double the money. When we cancelled they threatened us with a Default Notice.

Avantigas customer support was very poor.I phoned the emergency number because our tank was leaking gas but they could not help.So I emailed them and Steve and Jake arrived even though it was late they stayed to repair the tank and they were excellent.It took Avantigas over 2days to come out after making several phone calls.
