Communication regarding order very…
Communication regarding order very poor. Had originally been told to expect delivery on a specific date range. This failed to occur due to packaging being damaged and return from delivery company to original depot.
Emailed company but they failed to communicate within a 24 he period as advised. Eventually had to phone said company’s customer service helpline. Finally someone who listened. I was refunded monies. I will not be buying from this company in the future!!!

Ordered 4 large storage boxes
Ordered 4 large storage boxes. Something went wrong when the order was submitted and the address got messed up. We sorted out the address issue with Millets and Evri but between Evri and Millets they managed to bungle the entire thing so badly that two of the boxes got delivered, and two got returned as undeliverable.
Getting hold of anyone wasted hours of my life... SO
If you like half an order, stress and wasted time and money then Millets is the perfect place for you to waste both time and money.
The missing boxes has caused a huge headache for us - and now we have to spend more wasted time to sort this TODAY. Will never use Millets again.
EDIT - thanks for your reply: but we already tried discussing this and resolving it more positively but your agent told us that we'd have to reorder and there was nothing else Millet's could do. Seems therefore a waste of time to get in touch again, to be told the same thing. More wasted time...

Far too slow
Far too slow. Item arrived long after had been promised when I bought it. I had gone on holiday by the time it arrived. Therefore I didn't have this rain cover when I needed it. Woeful.
