I tried on a pair of shoes which were a little on the small side. The assistant kindly went to see if there was a size larger, but to no avail. She said I could order them to be delivered to my home, at no extra cost. They arrived the next day. Impressive!

Zero star review (1 star minimum available!) for Millets Monmouth. Visited shop and got screamed and yelled at to leave for not wearing a mask - despite there being no requirement for one! Never have I experienced such horrific treatment. The way I was treated and spoken to was disgusting. Millets lost out on over £150 of sales from me that day and have never stepped foot in one of their stores since. Manageress (Jo) was the worst. Date was 15.10.2021 (TripAdvisor calendar won't select this date!)

Wonderful service delivered by Liz. I was about to buy a pair of boots which were not right and she pointed me in the right direction. I couldn’t be happier with the boots she selected for me. I have used them every day since and I have walked miles and miles raise funds for a charity. I hit the 56 miles in the month target in 19 days, due to the comfort of the boots.
