Purchased a new pair of walking shoes. The assistant Owen was really helpful and had a lot of knowledge about the product. Great price too. Always a pleasure to shop in the Monmouth store as everyone is really friendly and all greet you when you walk through the door. Will return soon for more bargains!

Monmouth Millets were excellent
The Ladies in Monmouth Millets were excellent. I had been sent by Black's customer services to return some faulty boots there but all of the information they gave didn't work. Fortunately the Ladies in Millets gave excellent customer service and treated me like a human rather than the call centre customer services of Black's. Thank you Monmouth Millets.
