The staff in here (Jenni and Charlie) could not be more helpful! I have bought many items in this shop through their advice. The standout item was my OEX Coat, very lightweight but very warm and waterproof.

I went in for a specific glove. I didn't get the assistant's name! She was so helpful and rooted in the stock room to try and find what I required. She then advised me to try the one in the shop. It was perfect! Thank you for being so helpful.

Popped into Millets as I needed some new shoes. The staff where very attentive and able to give me information about the type of shoes I was looking for and found the right size. James and his colleague were very helpful and offered information and support about after care and anything else. Will be shopping there again, clearly know their stuff and very helpful.

The staff are so helpful in this shop……nothing too much trouble. It has a great range of products to suit all budgets, all in all……fabulous.

Visited Millets today for some gear to extend my hiking season and the staff were excellent both in their customer service skills as well as product knowledge and recommendations. James helped to provide some advice to suit my hiking requirements and while I didn't get through name of the gentleman working with him they were both very helpful.

I never leave reviews but just had to after my experience in your store. I went to Millets Darlington last week to get a winter coat. I’d been putting it off as I get extremely anxious when shopping. I usually opt to do it online, I’ve had a terrible year and it’s just too much to face people some days.
I was so glad I went into the store. I was greeted by a lovely young lady called Jennifer. She was so warm and sweet and really put me at ease. We chatted as we looked at different coats and she really cheered me up, she was so professional but I felt like she really cared. I soon found the perfect coat and left feeling comfortable and warm, in the coat and from my shopping experience. She should be a treasured member of your team.

Visited the Darlington store today, as soon as my daughter and I walked in staff greeted us and were very friendly. We had questions about stock, my daughter tried on boots and a coat (which we purchased), the staff couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable about everything we enquired about. Whole service from start to finish was exceptional. We were served by James and James.
