I had such a great experience with Milk + Blush! The customer service was honestly perfect, super helpful and responsive. The colour match for my hair was amazing, it blended so well and looked really natural. The only small issue was that the extensions felt a bit thin for me, but that was probably my mistake as I didn’t double-check how many fill-in pieces I’d need. My hair isn’t super thin, so I just needed a bit more volume. I’ve now ordered extra and I’m sure it’ll be perfect! I was only going for subtle, comfortable, not-too-obvious volume anyway. Overall, really happy and would definitely recommend! 💛

A really good shade match given from emailed in photos! They match my hair perfect. Really surprised with how quick the delivery was, the quality of the hair extensions I’ll be recommending these to everyone!

Ordered the brown blonde highlighted clip ins and came ginger nothing like the photo. Not even any brown in the hair, emailed and had no response.

Used the company for years however have noticed a huge decline in the quality of the product in the ladt year. Bad blending of highlights, colour I have used for years is now brassier orange tones and does not look like the colour on the website. Not as thick as it previously was, much more straggly and dry and does not last as long.

I cannot recommend Milk & Blush enough. I’ve tried multiple clip-in extension brands, and none come close to this quality. The hair is unbelievably soft, shiny, and silky, and it blends perfectly with my natural hair. They are easy to care for, hold up beautifully, and feel truly premium while still being affordable. I’m extremely impressed and will not buy my extensions anywhere else.

Best service and hair extentions around ! I have been being from this company for over 6 years plus and the quality is just unreal ! Even when you purchase the refund process is simple if it not quite the colour you would like to match your hair ! They respond the quickest time as well ❤️

Excellent customer service. I asked to be colour matched. I had a fast response & was matched perfectly. I have tried lots of other brands of hair extensions & these are the best by far.

Super quick and easy. My mum asked for a shade match and came out perfect! She had a mix of blondes and some brown highlights so it was definitely a challenge to get right however they were spot on! Super soft hair and easy to install comes with a tester as well before you are committed!

High quality extensions and best customer service

Did not receive the product. Provided an explanation of Royal Mail’s inefficiency as they have claimed to deliver it- I even paid for next day signed delivery and was home all day. The signature is signed by someone unrecognised and there is no photo evidence. After speaking with the team, I was told I would need to wait 30-90 days for the enquiry. And asked to fill in an extremely detailed form which is all information they would already have based on my order number - which I already provided. Seems an extremely unfair service. Disgusting, do not order.

Colour looked massively different to online which is a gamble yes, but I thought I’d have chance to check and be able to return if they didn’t match. But unfortunately I couldn’t get to the extensions to check the colour as they’re sealed in a cardboard pouch and once you break the seal they are no longer returnable. As soon as I opened them to get a look at the colour I could see they were not a match but there’s nothing I could do about it even though I haven’t worn them. I assumed it would be like other extension suppliers where you could see the colour but they have another hygiene protection method in place so you can check the colour without breaking the hygiene seal. Having to resort to dying them now instead which isn’t ideal but wish me luck!

Absolutely disgusting company. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered seven packs of hair and was sent chocolate brown hair instead. It was nothing like what is advertised on their website.

I returned the hair unused and exactly as received, yet Milk and Blush falsely claimed the hygiene seals were broken and refused my refund with no proof whatsoever. I was then told they could dispose of the hair I paid for or I could pay extra money to get it back. Outrageous.

Their shade listings are misleading, unclear, and not properly labelled, including on Instagram. They do not stand by their products, take zero responsibility, and clearly do not care about their customers.

Disgraceful behaviour. Do not buy from this company. There are far better brands out there.

Great customer service & lovely hair! I purchased the 18inch tapes and they look amazing wash great I’m very happy will be purchasing again.

I got the tape in extensions. The hair is not all in one length, not only that but there was a manufacturing defect I believe on the tapes as I brushed my fingers on it once and a lot of hair came off.

I emailed customer service who was no hell and just told me that hair naturally sheds like our own. Ive been buying tape ins from different brands and have not experienced this amount of shed when it’s still brand new.

Wont be buying again.

I spent more than $400 and never received my hair and can't get anyone to help me.

Would like the Web site to be more informative on their products. But very satisfied with product ordered and presentation of the product excellent.

I’m absolutely obsessed with these extensions. They are so soft and extremely high quality. They fill in the perfect area where I lost some hair and give me my confidence back. They also shipped so fast to the US. Thank you so much!
