miista has quickly become one of my favourite shoe brands! from boots to summer shoes, i’ve been nothing but happy with how comfortable everything is, and how quickly my orders arrive! also, the customer support is very helpful and friendly, they were very efficient in helping me switch a pair of shoes that weren’t fit for my size. thumbs up!

From 5-star loyal customer to total disgust: Unlawful order block and privacy abuseI have been a loyal, high-spending customer of Miista for a long time, even leaving extremely positive reviews in the past because I genuinely loved the brand. However, my latest experience has been completely unacceptable and illegal.I placed a large order on June 27th using a €200 store credit voucher—which Miista's own team pressured me to accept instead of a cash refund on my last return—combined with a 15% discount reward code. Instead of shipping my items, Miista held my funds and frozen my order for 10 days based on a false, offensive internal suspicion that I was a "professional stylist" buying for an editorial.They subjected me to a privacy-invasive interrogation about my job and intended use of the items (a clear breach of GDPR data minimization principles). To make matters worse, they unilaterally attempted to alter our contract post-purchase, threatening to apply an unauthorized £15 return shipping fee and a 10% return processing deduction on any potential returns. This is completely illegal under UK Consumer Rights and EU consumer laws for private buyers.As a dual US/EU citizen paying with a US Visa card [finance], I will not tolerate this deceptive behavior. I have officially issued a formal legal notice to their DPO and management. If my order is not unblocked and shipped via Express Courier immediately, I will proceed with a formal credit card chargeback through my US bank [finance], alongside official reports to the FTC, the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), and the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante della Privacy).Disgusting treatment of a loyal customer. Unblock my order immediately.

Customer service

Bought shoes as a birthday gift and had to exchange for a different size, and the communication with and support from the customer support was exceptional! Never had better customer service and the birthday girl LOVES her shoes!

Perfect wedding sandals!!!!

Options: Second Pair, Same Perfect Result: Miista Delivers Again

This is my second pair of sandals from Miista, and they've made a customer for life.
I ordered during the summer sale. Their email timing was perfect, landing right as I was thinking about sandals. They arrived within the week, shipped all the way from Portugal, not even the New York store. The DHL driver was lovely and texted twice before delivery since it needed a signature.
Sizing was effortless. My size 39 from a pair a few seasons ago still matched, so I knew exactly what to order. They fit perfectly out of the box.
The quality speaks for itself. Great leather, a well-considered sole, every detail thought through. These are my new perfect sandal.
Online shopping, sizing, delivery, and a handwritten note in the box. Miista nailed all of it. I won't shop anywhere else for sandals - look fit style and customer service! 💖

A Thoughtful Brand with Beautiful Design and True Craftsmanship

I’ve owned several pairs of Miista shoes over the years — five pairs so far — and I truly love their unique design, craftsmanship, and quality. I still find myself going back to Miista boots I bought four years ago, even though I own boots from other brands too. For me, that says everything about the perfect balance of comfort and design.

Every time I visit Barcelona, I try to stop by their shop and chat with the lovely people who work there. The whole experience always feels warm and genuine.

My latest pair is the pink thong sandals, and they are so comfortable and light that I already see myself wearing them all summer.

Miista is one of those brands that feels creative, thoughtful, and truly special.

The item I was supposed to get is…

The item I was supposed to get is beautiful, however I could not see the shipment number one week after I ordered it. I called and they confirmed my order had been cancelled without notifying me, due to lack of stock. I was waiting for the skirt for an important event, now I do not know what to wear, and this is frustrating. Moreover, the operator on the phone tried to refund me via giftcard instead of the full refund on my original payment method, which i find absurd. very disappointed on MIISTA.
