Fast Delivery. Great item and as described.

I initially ordered the wrong part (my fault). Returning this and re-ordering the correct part was very simple. Delivery of the part (both times) was very quick and efficient

I ordered a wing mirror for my car and it was perfect, and also really easy to fit. The description matched my car and also gave great specifics.

Excellent Company very easy to deal with

So the wind deflectors look nice, however there is a catch. The clips don’t sit into the channel properly and stick out. Also when the window is closed, air can be heard whistling in the car as there is no adequate seal. I have installed these in the past in other cars so I am experienced enough with them. I emailed their customer service department and all I got in reply was this,

The Heko Front and Rear Wind Deflectors for Volkswagen Golf MK7, 2012 onwards, 5-door are designed specifically for this vehicle and are secured using the supplied clips.
If the clips are popping out of the window channel, we'd like to check the installation before determining whether there is an issue with the clips or the deflectors.
Could you please send us:
Your vehicle registration number
Photos of the clips fitted in the window channel
A photo showing the deflector and clip from the side, so we can see how far the clip is sitting into the channel
If possible, a photo of the supplied clips individually
Please don't force the clips into position, as this could damage the window seal or deflector.
Once we have the photos, we can check this with our technical team/supplier and advise you further.

I supplied this information. It seemed as though customer service were hinting at a poor install, however it isn’t rocket science. That was the 4th of September 2026. Over 2 weeks and no reply.Just a bad product and poor after care. Micksgarage, you’re lucky to be getting 2 stars.

Great service. Fast delivery. Don’t be fooled by companies with an Irish website that take 2 weeks to send parts from somewhere in Europe. These parts come from a warehouse in Ireland.

Paid €9.99 for next day delivery the item came 4 days later after they assured me it would be next day and they refused to refund the delivery fee absolute cowboys would not recommend dealing with them they have no time for there customers

Purchased an item on Wednesday midday, expecting to have it by Friday but didn't turn up .. and also the tracking number was incorrect and wasn't able to track it either... Two day delivery seems to a bit of a hit and miss with them... Disappointed...as I needed to part for the weekend.
