Started using Lift and Firm 5/7/26. I was hopeful. After 2 months of use I noticed no change. I inquired about a refund but was told I was a few days too late. After 30 days I did text that I see no difference but was encouraged to wait. Not a happy customer.

Company lies about products. You want an update?? We’ll continued using it because I was told had to. Well I’ve been using it and no results. Possibly if I started at 30!
Company lies about products. Even tried a review wouldn’t let me. I’m 74. Spent close to $1,00.00 on products that didn’t work for older woman. I called to tell I wanted to return items. Nope said I needed to try them for 90 days past my 60. She said sorry. Seriously?? The crape ease flakes on my skin after awhile. The same with the other products. Why a sixty day money back guarantee why not a 90 day. Plan and simple the products don’t work at my age! My recommendation is say it’s for under woman like 30-50. I wasted my money and time on products that do not work for me. Be more truthful. You say money back in 60 days no questions asked. Tell me then why was I drilled about having to keep using it?

Good products with decent results
I have been using these products for many months now and I really like them. The advance lift and firm doesn’t leave your face feeling greasy. The wrinkle and liner eraser I use on my arms and it seems to be helping and the spot remover I’ve been using on my face and hands, and that seems to be helping too.

I sent several emails to MiamiMD…
I sent several emails to MiamiMD telling them 1. I had an allergic reaction and could not use their product. 2. Do not send any more creams 3. They still sent creams to me and charged me.
I finally recieved a letter saying my subscription had been canceled and I would receive a refund.
I am still waiting for my refund.
I would not recommend you to any of my friends, mainly because of your customer service which isn't very good.

You told me it was delivered when it hadn’t. You never told me who was delivering it. I finally figured out it was coming by pony express. So far I don’t see much change. I will use this stuff every day and night and hopefully I will see the wrinkles ease. I have lost a bit of weight and look like a deflated balloon.

I used advanced crepe repair for 58 days. Used it morning and before bed. Not one iota of improvement. Skin crepey as ever. Went for refund. Had to jump through hoops. They will not refund 1 day past 60 days since delivery. Luckily, I emailed them at 58 days. Had to pull up my sent email and copy and paste it to customer service. Finally they said ok, refund issued. Now I have to send in empty jars. Total BS.

Products are ok a bit expensive
Products are ok a bit expensive. I get the bundles only because they last longer. Easy to order. It takes a while to receive products and they don't send email notification updates on when to expect orders which I find it very frustrating. Now when you send them an email with concerns they do respond quickly and that's a good thing and with updates on orders.

You have to be very careful when ordering from this company, i didn’t complete my order because I had a gift card and was having trouble applying it. They put the order through anyway. However their customer service is excellent. As soon as I saw it went through, I contacted them, they cancelled the order and explained how to reorder to make the gc apply. For that they get 4 and I love the products.
