Service received

My wife and I visited the Market Harborough Building Society yesterday and received first class service in rearranging our accounts. Claire Reedman was very efficient and resolved our request.

Helpfullness

I didn't have an appointment and couldn't come back another day a member of staff overheard my conversation and said if I could wait a couple of minutes she wood see me and she did and I was very grateful i have been a member for over 60 years thank her
