I have been dealing with MHBS for over 55 years, firstly securing a mortgage from them when I firstly got married.
Since then I have always used them for safe keeping of my monies over the years.
From when I first stood in front of their Manager a "Mr Mee" to discuss my forthcoming marriage and need to buy a home all those years ago until the present day everyone at MHBS has been firstly professional and VERY, Very helpful to me, my wife and family.

I spoke with a helpful and patient lady called Emma. Talked me through my login in issues and withdrawal process. She was professional, well mannered and knowledgeable...a great combo!

Very plesant experience. Emma was helpful and walked me through each step which i needed help with. Task was easy to complete with emmas help and it took minimal time

Visit to the branch in Kibworth to get interest figures, efficiently dealt with and Jay upgraded one of the accounts to get a higher rate of interest which she told me about. All the staff there are always friendly a d helpful.

Emma quickly assessed what information l need and promptly helped me out. Many thanks.

Called MHBS with regards to the business account query and spoke with Emma.
Emma was very helpful in in dealing with my enquiry. It only took a few minutes on the phone to get everything sorted. This would have taken a lot more time going through the AI chat bot.

I wished to switch savings accounts with MHBS but didn't know where to start so wrote an email to customer services.
The next morning Emma from the Customer Support Team phoned and spent half an hour talking me through the website documentation - and fixed it so that the notice period on my first account was waved!
First class service!!

The phone was answered quickly, as was my query, by a most pleasant representative.

As a somewhat confused new customer (having forgotten my password AND memorable information--so much for being remembered when attempting to reset my password!!) I rang up and was answered almost immediately by an incredibly helpful EMMA who sorted my problem quickly, cheerfully and provided the assistance I needed. A real pleasure and a credit to MHBS. A***** as customer service goes. Thank you!

Easy, comfortable, explained well and got account issues sorted out with a friendly advisor.

How refreshing to get through to an actual human being! Rachael guided me through operations to adjust my savings account so easily, professionally and most of all friendly.
