I’ve been passed to 4 different staff members now over a 6 month period having to start from square 1 every time. They are terrible and can’t keep staff & falsely advise.
There’s lots more reliable and experienced brokers out there better.

Emma has been incredible throughout the remortgage process, she has advised us on all our doubts, and has helped us find the best deal that best suits our needs. We are very grateful for her services.

Our fixed mortgage came to an end this year at a troubling time as the base rate started to rise.
Meridian had an automatic email system informing us that this was the case with updates of proposed rates every time there was a change.
Our advisor, Steph Powdrill, was extremely accommodating in regards to timings for calls and consistent communication whenever we had questions for the best option. It never felt like we were pestering, even when there were chances a cheaper rate with another lender was on the cards meaning the app process had to start again.
The solicitors for our lender then had a system crash right before completion date meaning we landed on the variable base rate which was extortionate.
Steph then transferred us onto an interim product with no fees whilst another solicitor could be sourced or the issue was resolved.

Emma Theaker was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Clear on what was happening. Very patient with my constant questions. Kept trying to help us get the beat deal every step of the way. Exceptional.

I had an excellent time speaking with Mr. Wes one of the mortgage consultant, who was really efficient and thorough. He gave a total understanding of how the mortgage system works and how to do about it. Highly recommended as very friendly.

On first call the service and information was second to none, unfortunately the property I was interested in got sold prior to me offering.. meridian kept in touch weekly to see if they could help.

I then found a property I really really liked and wanted to offer on. I asked for a new decision as my circs had slightly changed, a few hours later I got confirmation by email the amount was agreed and if I permit for the DIP. I agreed. I get excited so I can finally offer, on chasing the DIP next day so I could offer Meridian turn around and advise they can only offer half of what I have asked for. No other explanation other than my change in circumstances reflect the offer, the change that I advised the day prior and confirmed to me I could lend the amount!
I will not be proceeding with this company and will be seeking assistance elsewhere. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

Honestly, I am naturally a very anxious person, and from day 1 Keeley Lowe told me exactly what I needed in order to get my mortgage offer.
It happened just the way she said it would and I am definitely feeling a lot more relaxed after receiving my mortgage offer in 4 working days -the first I have heard of.

Vicki has been a great mortgage advisor throughout the process. Starting from initial phonecall she handled the enquiry very well and gathered all the necessary documents right from beginning ready to support the mortgage application. Very professional and very responsive to emails. She also was very patient with my impatience. Overall very good job from Vicki! I strongly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of getting a mortgage, especially if it is your first one.
