New Terminals
Ordering new terminals are easy once you fill in the request form correctly. You are always notified during each stage of the process and communication is great.
The only critic I have is that anyone in the company is able to make the order even if the information given is not 100% correct.
Other than that customer service is great and request are processed quickly and efficiently.

I had a good experience with Pat and she done everything asked. My only critic is that I am not able to test whether a GPRS or wireless device works best in my premises before committing to a contract, this needs rectified.

Hi there
I have had a few queries with Julie Frost on ordering new chip and pin terminals on behalf of our Service Areas. Julie has been very helpful and quick at getting back to me regarding any issues customers have had.
Julie has been working with me to update our records for all Agreement Numbers and makign some changes on our procedures such as; when users ring up Helpdesk the contact to be 'The Manager', all terminals to be sent FAO Tim Hewitt/Suzanne Morris at Loxley to prevent any problems and she has sent appropriate documentation as and when required by myself.
Julie has been a pleasure to work with and provides good customer service.

Exceptional Service - Julie Frost
I work for a large organisation in Scotland. We recently ordered 12 standalone chip & pin devices from Merchant Rentals.
Form order to delivery we received exceptional service from Julie Frost at Merchant Rentals. Julie worked hard to find a solution that would meet our needs, helped us to overcome any challenges (which arose due to issues in our own internal processes), kept us informed throughout the process and exceeded our expectations. Pat was amazing so very helpful
Pat was amazing so very helpful. As we were changing over to icloud we were unsure about the card terminal. Pat ended up calling me back to let me know more about the terminal and down to her we were able to get the right machine. She explained more to me and helped me to understand things a lot more.
