It’s been an awesome experience shopping at MLB

I really like your guises shoes I have already bought a few different pair they’re great I see a few other ones that I’ve been interested in maybe three or four more pair. I collect shoes over the years which I get it but the issue I have is that you only have up to size 10 1/2 very seldom you’ll ever see anything that’s 13 or greater . That is the only reason I didn’t give you five stars is because there’s a lot other shoes I’d like to give but they don’t go to larger than 10 1/2 or you don’t have them in stock if you ever do I will definitely buy more shoes thanks

I have been ripped off from this company paid the shoe price and the shipping costed more than even the shoes and when I received them I paid an extra 100$ at customs clearance to receive the product. Even when I email them about anything they never email me back. it's safe to say I will never buy from here again and I don't recommend this site to anyone.

Let us be fair first. The images on the website are representative of the product. They look pretty good in life too.
The bad news- These are NOT £300+ trainers reduced down in a sale. These are at best £50 trainers being advertised as in a sale. The sale never ends. The trainers are supplied from China (many big brands are too) the sizing is not what you'd expect, so I can't comment on quality because I can't wear them, nor can my son. It is impossible to get any communication form the company regarding returns- the phone isn't answered and emails not replied to.
If you want some good looking trainers of unknown quality, buy at least one size bigger than normal and bear in mind these are £50 trainers. You'll be gambling with your money though because they wont allow returns or replacements. Genuinely think every one of the 5* reviews are fake. I'd suggest avoid- go to a reputable supplier instead.

The app is really good. And any body can search anything. I Mean its really easy to operate and any one can use it at anytime🙂

This is the biggest con don't waste your money these are the worst trainers and the arrived damaged due to them not even being in a box just sent in plastic rapping which was ripped and trainers wet through dirty and awful quality , THIS COMPANY MESSAGED ME TO SAY I CAN RETURN THE DAMAGED SHOES BUT THERES NO WAY TO RETURN AS THEY DONT ACCEPT RETURNSON SALE ITEMS. I ordered a medium sized blue coat and received an XL coat completely different to the one I ordered. No response from them regarding returning it. Item came from China, despite London company details. Seems to be a scam. Avoid!

The jeans arrived even though I had cancelled them.
I can only describe them as cheap material nothing like what was shown on there website certainly not worth £58.
The size was wrong and apparently I cannot a refund or return them even though I cancelled the order before they were sent out.
How Men’s luxury Boutique are allowed to trade and treat customers in such a off hand way.They are contravening Trading Standards and in breach of Consumer Rights
