The site is a total scam, no customer support, cheap materials, terrible cuts, unwearable, items have nothing to do with the pictures they show. No way to cancel or return orders.

Men's Luxury Boutique is a scam: They provided the wrong tracking number, didn't reply to emails and never issued a refund :( Please don't order there.

Never reply to emails, keep talking about Covid been an issue even thou that’s well in the past, absolutely worst place to order from. Do not buy a single thing off the company!!!

I bought 3 pairs of shoes and already 50 days I’m waiting, showing shoes arrived to my city but further no tracking number and I visit million time to our local courier but no information, it is very strange that WhatsApp support only reply for new inquiry and ignore my messages not replying, I send them email tons of messages but nothing, not worth to buy anything from here

This is total scam website, don’t waste your time and money for it. I order an item (a pair of shoes) which I didn’t receive it even I waited for 34 days, which the time I was told was 21 days. Finally, I got refunded it from my bank.

Note : new reviews . Thieves , Scammers , Liars . They send the ordered things from China . Every day one package . What different you order and what different you get . Everything smells , plastic , dangerous to health . After wearing pants I got a rash . For complaint you have only 7 days .

How do you return it only with a signature . Take pictures in the mail . Hide the shipping letters . Virtual office in UK , no one is there . There is no one in the returns warehouse . Post office has nowhere to leave .

I bought for 600 GBP for children . They cheated on everything and returned everything . I fought for our money for 6 months , reported the fraud to the Bank and to the Police in London . I wrote hundreds of negative and true reviews .

Do not buy anything . They are scammers .

I have ordered from this site before long ago and everything was fine. However I recently placed an order for 3 Pairs of shoes and only received 2 of them. The site claims to have 24/7 customer support yet they're phone numbers do not seem to he in service and after about 5 or 6 emails later have not gotten a response. Needless to say I feel robbed of 100 dollars and won't be purchasing here ever again. Ordering from this site is a gamble with your money and I wouldn't recommend it.

Have odered on the 11th January and it's the 9th of February and didn't get any sort of update on my package. Have contacted them on email because the shipping time was long expired ( they say 7to18 days and it's already been 21 working days with NO TRACKING CODE)

After reading other reviews I'm starting to believe this site is a TOTAL SCAM!

WANTED TO TAKE BACK THE STAR i ordered two items in mid December got the tracking number been tracking it on the January 11 I checked it said that the parcels had been delivered I only got one of the items and since then I've been trying to contact this company with no avail would advise people to not to shop on this site.

A member of my family ordered me a jacket as a gift for Christmas. The item does not match the description or the photo from the website whatsoever. And not in a good way.
Despite supposedly being a company based in the same city as me, the item took a very long time to arrive.
I looked up the address this company says it is based, and actually it seems they are not registered there.
Moreover, it seems rather suspicious that all of the positive reviews on this very website seem to come from outside of Europe. I think they are all fake reviews that the business is leaving themselves, to try and make them look good.
To summarise, looking at all of the above information, it seems pretty clear this whole business is a scam. Everybody should avoid this website if you don’t want to be ripped off.

Trustpilot.com, if you can see this, you should seriously look into the fake reviews on this businesses - and very possibly others.

I will be happy to change my review if mensluxuryboutique.com will offer to refund my family member OR send the item that was actually advertised.

Awful! I ordered from them in November 2022. It's now the end of December and still nothing has been delivered. This is after they said it would take seven, to 21 days for delivery. No one answers the emails and you can't contact them via telephone. Utter garbage. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Received the order today. Plus, the cheeky so-and-so's demanded that I provide more information to see that I had a genuine complaint. This after completely ignoring me! Can you believe that? As I said, don't waste your time with this unprofessional company.

This was my first experience with mensluxuryboutique and I order a ZAVYR 'Supersonic' X9X Sneakers I got my shoes after a month from my order I don't know why(maybe be because of covid or international order) But one thing I can surely say that it's absolutely worth the wait and money. The shoes are incredibly stunning in style and comfortable it fits me perfectly. And I am very happy with it. Also i got a small carry bag to carry my shoes which is great.😊👌💯
