The bench was delivered and I was extremely pleased. However within 3 days a nasty split had developed which will only get worse. I approached the company and spoke with Marlena who was most unhelpful and disinterested. I’ve been fobbed off since each time I’ve attempted to open communications. The benches aren’t even made in England.

Just bought a bench and am very satisfied. However, their definition of 3- and 4- seaters are very narrow. The four-seater is 180cm long including arm rests so can only seat three adults, which is a shame,

Received my bench within 2 weeks of ordering it’s just what I wanted and nothing was too much trouble even when delivery driver couldn’t get up street due to roadwork

The bench is very solid and well made. It is also an attractive piece of furniture. It looks as if it will really last.

I was looking for a quality bench to gift to the care home who looked after my mum, one that was strongly made not needing a lot of maintenance. The bench is perfect. It was easy to order online and delivered on the day I requested. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

My family and I were let down at short notice by another company for a memorial bench for my dad to celebrate his birthday. I dealt with Jon, Wendy and Rosie there approach was very professional but very caring and empathetic with our situation. After great communication the bench was ordered on Monday, dispatched on Wednesday and arrived on Friday. My family would like to say a big thank you to everyone at Memorial Bench Uk for making a beautiful comfortable bench with the inscription my husband/dad would be so proud and smiling down.

Excellent service from start to finish.I was let down at short notice for a engraved plaque by another company,I rang and spoke with a lady who said she’d try her best to have it with me within 2 days.I ordered on Tuesday and it arrived Thursday.The plaque was perfect exactly how I wanted it.Thank you so much.

Covid 19 held up the arrival of the specific bench we had chosen. However when it arrived it was exactly as we had ordered. The engraving was correct and just what we asked for. The family and I are delighted. Thank you

I cannot recommend this company for the reasons which I will set out below. My Mother and I ordered a memorial bench for my Dad who died recently. The process took longer than anticipated but that was not the problem. The real problems arose with the delivery, which of course formed part of the contract with the company.

The company said that it was an all day delivery. In other words somebody would need to be in all day but that the driver would call one hour ahead of arrival.  I was told this twice by the firm and even checked on the day of delivery itself. But we did not get a call. Even on arrival, the driver did not ring my Mother's doorbell or telephone her - and made no attempt to do either. He did however let the concierge know - but then dumped the bench on the side of the road and left. The bench was wrapped in lots of cardboard and was attached to a large and heavy wooden pallet. The website says that this pallet and all other material will be removed by the driver at the time of delivery - but it wasn't and as a result I had to employ somebody to come and get rid of it. It was far too big to be disposed of with domestic rubbish.

When I complained to the company, it did not comment on the fact that the driver did not remove the pallet. It also said that the driver may not have called ahead because he might have had a flat phone battery or no signal (my Mother lives on the outskirts of London).

This bench has symbolic significance and the attitude of the driver - and the firm's subsequent dismissive response when we raised concerns - turned this into an upsetting and unpleasant experience, particularly for my Mother.

There was also a delay in getting the bench because the company, I was told, was having phone problems. I left numerous messages but was told that these were never picked up due to technical problems. This caused a delay in arranging the delivery in the first place.

The bench itself is just what we wanted but the process involved in getting it was neither smooth or easy.

Extremely Happy with Memorial Benches UK after ordering a memorial bench in memory of my father who passed away recently.

I requested a brochure which came swiftly and I then ordered a teak bench which was very straightforward. The brochure has many different benches suiting varying budgets.

I chose the "3 Seat Scotney Heavy Memorial Bench" as I liked the design especially the bowed back rest which is very comfortable.

The bench was delivered yesterday morning and I have erected it close my dads grave. The bench is very well made and the carving of the personal inscription I requested was very profesionally done.

From the time of ordering to delivery of the bench was swift and very professionally carried out.

Verdict: Highly Recommended
