Fast delivery advertised, DHL messes up and Medpets does not care
Medpets sends products fast and prices are ok but their delivery partner (DHL) is the reason why we will stop ordering there because MEdpets customer service is just useless.
AGAIN, DHL made a mess (this already happened in the past with order from Medpets).
Medpets guarantee a fast delivery (next day or the day after): the delivery was planned for 2 days after. We waited a whole day since the delivery was supposed to arrive till 5.00pm...but then suddendly at 5.30, our parcel "was delayed" ...and delayed again the next day ...and so on...Eventually, when we contacted Medpets, we were told DHL asked to wait another 5 since the parcel should either show up ....
Considering we ordered some medication which was really needed and which should be stored in appropriate conditions, we would have expected Medpets to apologise and send a new parcel.
But no, the delivery supplier issue is just passed to the customer with no care whatsoever: so much for customer service! If your company advertises specific delivery delays, your company should make everything possible to make it happen, especially since this is a repetitive issue from DHL.
We asked to be reiumbursed and were told we would be: again, Medpets clearly did not even try to satisfy the customer.
We will not order again since clearly Medpets does not care about their clients...and we happily shared our experiences with others breeders!

Medpets has excellent customer service
The courier made a huge mess of getting my parcel to me, it took days to get to the pickup point and then on the same day it arrived, they collected it again and sent it back to Medpets. Medpets was so kind to resend the parcel. A+ service! I'm very happy that they fixed the problem with so little hassle.
