Extremely disappointing experience.
I ordered a product for my dog that turned out to not be in stock — something I only found out after waiting for two weeks and receiving several emails with constantly changing delivery dates. Eventually, I was told they didn’t even know when (or if) it would be available. Meanwhile, my dog was left in pain for nothing.
How can a webshop sell products they don’t physically have? It’s 2025 — a real-time stock management system should be basic functionality. The worst part is that I had to reach out myself to cancel and only then was the refund processed.
Customer service was polite, but that doesn’t make up for the poor system and wasted time. I’ll definitely be buying from somewhere else next time — somewhere that doesn’t gamble with my pet’s health.
