Med Mart Reviews 

I would advise you to be extremely careful when doing business with Med Mart, Indeed, in order to avoid being financially raped, I would avoid doing business with Med Mart. After I had placed my order with Med Mart, I found their prices to be three or more times higher than the prices of other companies. Moreover, Med Mart sold me very expensive parts (thousands of dollars) that I did not want or need. Med Mart told me that they could not sell me what I wanted and needed without selling me the parts I did not need or want. When I finally got Med Mart to allow me to return the parts that I did not want or need, they raped me yet again. The charged me hundreds of dollars for restocking fees and crazy prices for the parts that I did need. In sum, I would run, not walk, away from Med Mart. It is my individual, personal, subjective opinion, belief, and interpretation that I was ripped off by this company.  Therefore, it is my individual, personal, subjective opinion, belief, and interpretation that the company is incompetent, dishonest, and/or unethical.  The foregoing review solely provides my individual, personal, subjective opinions, beliefs, and interpretations. When online to look for a cushion for my wheelchair, found the item I wanted right away ordered it. Your website was amazing. Had to reach out to customer service over an address. The issue the representative was so nice. There was no waite time at all. I ordered it on 17 June and received it on 18 June. Great service.

I ordered 2 items, and only received 1. I had to call to find out it's on back order. No one notified me by phone or email.

Darryl understood exactly the part that I needed. He took down the information and said he would call me back to make sure that the part was in stock.
He returned the call the same day he gave me the information for purchase and overnight shipping. I was able to purchase it the same day and will be receiving it very soon.

Needing a special piece of medical equipment can be very tasking when not sold local. Med Mart went above and beyond to make sure the delivery company was able to connect me to arrange the delivery. It was greatly appreciated. The product, however, was underwhelming. The mattress has a large, diagonal lump of about 14" in it and the edge seems are poorly done. So, would not recommend,over all.

Sean was knowledgeable about the products and patient in talking to me to determine the best solution for my father.
