It is my second review after the purchase of my otoscope set, which arrived with broken case. Their customer service is great, they send me a replacement case within few days of contacting them. I am very satisfied with the experience, although was not sure about customer service as read a few bad reviews here. Atleast I had a different experience and I am a very happy customer here who felt valued !!!

Was looking for a price to order
Was looking for a price to order some items, was told this would have to be delt with by the Business Development team, asked to speak with them, told I had to write an email , indicated I was looking for information on the price urgently, was then told their was no one at their desk. wrote email by return was told they would look to get back in 1 to 2 days. Decided to go elsewhere.

I ordered couch rolls but didn’t check the measurements. They were far too narrow to fit on a couch!
Company offered to exchange them but would cost £20 to return them.

It's very unfortunate that you ordered the wrong product but we do state the dimensions of this couch roll in the title - "40m x 250mm"

I am not sure how you calculated the £20 return postage- it should be possible to return these to us via a courier for less than £10.

Littman case not correct colour
Unfortunately the littman case was not the advertised colour at all. But offered a refund, however we had to pay the return delivery and it wasn't worth it. So out of pocket.
I would say the other items are very good and I've been here multiple times with zero issues.
