Courier needs replacing
Ordering and general information is great however the delivery and then customer service after is not good enough, they need to move away from royal mail to a courier that doesn't lie, loose or deliver parcels when it suits them!! From this there is no compensation or replacement orders for those that are timely and temperature controlled! Sort it out, I will be looking elsewhere for my prescriptions cheaper or not!
