Price Match Policy Is a Farce. Use Medicine Marketplace for Weight Loss medication. Typically 20% Cheaper like for like.
Offer a price match promise that isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.
I was refused a price match for Mounjaro on the basis that this price match promise cannot be applied in conjunction with another offer in line with the MedExpress policy.
However, they provided zero information as to what offer, either at MedExpress or medicine marketplace, contravened this policy in relation to my price match policy request.
I have double checked and can confirm that there is no offer applicable to my MedExpress price or to the price offered by the competitor, medicine marketplace.
Terrible service and utter misrepresentation.
Use medicine marketplace. Typically 20% cheaper like for like.
