My experience for now has been amazing though, I have taken my second injection and there's changes to my body. Just minor fatigue and constipated. I have lost 2 kilos in 2 weeks. Hopefully everything went well 🙏

I have found MedExpress extremely professional and thorough, quick to respond and helpful. You realise that you are talking to people who not only know what they are talking about but actually care for your wellbeing.I would definitely recommend using them.

Great first order but shame the prices increase so much. It means Ive had to switch to get a better price

I ordered much needed medication (ahead of going on holiday) to find out over 24 hours later it had not even need dispatched and they could Not even give me a dispatch date. On speaking with an agent (who I appreciate this issue is not their fault), I then had to spend quite sometime requesting the order be cancelled as I was advised at first this was not possible after A LOT of of back and forth it was confirmed that I could in fact have a refund. Both the lack of dispatch and delivery of product and then the lack of offer of a refund very poor indeed. I’m now scrabbling around trying to find someone who can provide me with the medication.

It was a very quick process and I spoke to a few different people which where really helpful and friendly and understanding about any questions that needed answering looking forward to my journey 🙂

Paid for fast delivery, but they failed to deliver.

Very disappointing experience with MedExpress. I placed my order and specifically paid for 1-business-day delivery because I needed the medication before travelling.

Despite paying extra for this service, the order did not arrive within the promised timeframe. I contacted MedExpress and explained that I was travelling and would therefore have to purchase the medication elsewhere. As my doctor prescribed this treatment for a limited period, receiving the delayed order afterwards would be of little use to me.

I requested a refund because the delivery service I paid for was not provided, but unfortunately I did not receive a satisfactory resolution from customer service.

If a company charges customers extra for a specific delivery timeframe, I believe they should take responsibility when they fail to meet it.

Very disappointed with both the delivery and the way my complaint was handled.

Medexpress are a nightmare. Their customer support does not exist. I ordered, and paid for, 6 months supply of expensive beds and only received 1 months. I have been trying to get hold of them for 3 weeks and they never respond. I will never use them again and I will be doing a chargeback on my credit card.

I havent had any problems for a year, website is great, delivery times are quick. But I have had a recent anaemia diagnosis (for another reason)and their senior prescriber won't let me have it anymore. Despite my GP and my haematologist completely happy with me using. My GP is prepared to write a letter saying as such but they said letter or not then they won't prescribe until thr anemia is sorted out. Which i doubt it will be as it seems to run in the family. My Gp is monitoring me with regular blood tests and my haematologist gives me iron transfusion as I didnt get on with iron tablet. My GP and haematologist know and see me regularly and are skilled in their care but am shocked that their credentials and training, are being over ruled by a prescriber. Im not a target weight yet. I never left 5mg in all this time and have been losing weight slowly and sensibly. To be cut off like this is extremely disappointing. Luckily I another company had issued me which im extremely grateful. I won't go back to my medexpress now

Very good service. Delivery is quick and well packaged with clear instructions on how to administer the medication prescribed. Only complaint is then can be rather slow reviewing your treatment, otherwise all good
