always a pleasure, quick and helpful
Ordering is simple and quick and ready for me to pick up from store quickly. all the lads at the canvey store are really helpful and polite . i am disabled so they often help me carry stuff to my car and put up with my multiple seperate orders in 1 day where i forget and add things after lol.
my only gripe is when ordering mugs to be delivered online that the mugs came in individual boxes as there is almost always broken ones when they arrive.

Quick postage but low quality
Very quick postage but quality of the wrap is ridiculous - if it stick it's 50% chance that the wrap wilt tear. After wasting an hours I throw all to the bin. If I bought drugs for that money that still will be better way to spend my money than buying these wraps, sorry not sorry

The issue you are describing sounds like you were applying this in a cold environment as this affects the adhesive strength and makes the wrap more brittle.
The colder it is, the less tack the adhesive has. The surface of a vehicle should ideally reach an ambient temperature of 20C before wrapping. This is relevant to all manufacturers' vehicle wrap.
The branch that processed your order have checked the roll that your order came from and the adhesive level appears fine so it doesn't sound like a manufacturing issue but if you still have some send us a piece back. We will test it for you and if a fault is identified we will refund or replace.
We wish you had contacted our customer service team when you first encountered an issue.

There was no information about the blanks and it was not until printed did we discover a film over the discs that needed to be removed first. This in turn has now cost me more money as I have had to re order new blanks.

Apologies for the issue. Dye sublimation metal inserts, from any supplier, always have a protective film on the coated side, but in fairness it did not state this on our website.
We have updated the website now and as a gesture of goodwill we have also processed a full refund on the original order so you are not out of pocket.
