Service fine but 10 pounds postage for something that was posted on an envelope is ridiculous

Great follow up, very prompt delivery. Called to check my order was correct (disc versus rim brakes) and answered a few other questions. Good stuff !

McConvey were polite, and efficient. My bike was ordered on a Friday and delivered the following Wednesday. Belfast to Manchester in less than 4 working days. Very impressive. Absolutely no problems with the bike.

Found a Brompton - a rare feat nowadays. Quick delivery to London. Highly recommend.

Excellent..delivery on time..good customer service

The booking confirmation email said in large letters "All of your items are available for immediate collection from your chosen Collection Location." so I headed down to the store on Ormeau road 3/4 hours after ordering to be told that instead I had to wait for an automated text to come through before collection and it would be 1/2 days. The guy in the shop was friendly and when I did pick up the bike he was great but just a little annoyed I had to do a double journey.

So annoying... on their website it says they deliver to Ireland but when I enter my address then the field for delivery is inactive so I cannot finish the process... if delivery is available only in UK they should just state that... wanted to confirm this with them but chat option is inactive too... so wanted the bike they have in the shop:(

Poor customer service.
Extremely disappointing experience today whilst purchasing my new Turbo Levo. Unfortunately supply and demand in the current climate takes options away from the consumer.

Fantastic service from sale to delivery. Very friendly and although I bought my bike from McConveys online service they still made it a personal service. The mechanic called me who built my bike, explained the things I needed to do when my new bike is delivered, even saying could call and they would do a video call to make sure I did everything correct. I wish this bike shop was on my doorstep they are fantastic!

Was in a bit of a tight spot looking for a part that was out of stock everywhere. Really pleased that McConvey had it! Paid absolutely top whack for it though (£40 for a RWS skewer). Was a bit shocked to find that p&p was £10 on top. So top end for postage too. That said, it was next day courier (no other options).

However, it wasn't despatched until a day later, so no real benefit from the expensive p&p.

In summary, good service, but you pay for it.

Left my e-bike with Mark for repairs to the motor mount.
He went above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved.
Well pleased with his attention to detail and efficiency.
He kept in touch throughout letting me know the progress.
Can't recommend him enough and McConveys staff who are always pleasant, willing and courteous.

Customer service really couldn't be better. I found a bike I wanted, but needed to delay delivery by a week - I called the store who tole me how to order online. I couldn't follow their instructions so emailed for assistance and got a callback to confirm receipt of my email and to check bike sizing. I then had a further call to confirm when they were dispatching the bike. A real model on how to treat your customers. Well done guys.
