MaxBack is awesome. They give you back some good money for your phone. If I ever decide to sell the phone I have now I will definitely sell it to MaxBack. They gave me $73 for my phone. I would have gotten more if it didn’t have scratches so take care of ya phone lol.

Easy and great site

I’ve used these guys many times in the past and mostly had a good experience. However, it took them over 3 weeks to get me paid this time. I was informed (after I had to reach out to them mind you) that my watch was locked and they couldn’t get it to it. After providing them with the info to unlock my watch, I received no follow-up once again prompting me to reach out to them! Then, once they followed up they said it wasn’t in excellent condition so they were going to deduct $50! The watch didn’t have a scratch on it! Unacceptable customer service! After being a long time customer over the years, I will now be looking elsewhere.

From the time it took to send my Series 4 Apple Watch in to the time that it took to receive my payment, the process was fast and easy. I picked MAXBACK due to the reviews I read. The reviewers were correct! It was a pleasure doing business with them. They accepted my view that the IPhone was in “like new”condition and didn’t try to reduce the amount that was quoted. I commend them for that.

Excellent service they quoted my wife’s watch and got paid within a week and a couple days after I shipped it to then definitely will use again.

Overall great experience. Sent my iPhone in about 20 days after getting my quote. They received the phone on a Tuesday, sent me an email saying they would pay the quoted amount on Friday, then received payment via PayPal on Saturday. Would use again.

My watch was in the shape they used in the description. Now after sending it out they reduced the price 50 dollars. Just a horrible bait and switch. I would stay away.
