High’s and Low’s

High’s and Low’s

I started to work at Mawdsley’s at Redhouse as a delivery driver in November 2024 and everything was going great until approximately 2 months ago.

You use to arrive at work and be greeted with a smile and some friendly banter from the management team which gave a great feeling of being a valued employee.

However, that has all changed and I’m afraid it’s not for the better.

Every single day I went above and beyond my required duties and at no time was I shown any respect or appreciation from the management team.

Yes I admit I’m not perfect and I have made mistakes during my time at Mawdsley’s but did it warrant such treatment.

I have never been one to take bullying or harassment from anyone and over the last 8 weeks I have been harassed and if I’m being honest bullied by Neil Armstrong, Joshua Smith and Saiva Lapsina.

All of the 3 people named above have nit picked every single aspect of my role, pulling me in the office and questioning me on a daily basis over trivial and irrelevant matters.

The final straw was when I was threatened with suspension by Joshua Smith for giving information to my colleagues about a traffic issue on the driver’s WhatsApp group which I did whilst driving and in a safe and professional manner by using the hands free system installed on the new vehicles.

This is bullying beyond belief and seriously affected my mental health to the point I even considered ending it all.

As a result I was left with no choice but to offer my resignation with immediate effect.

That is where I thought this all ended, sadly I was wrong.

On receiving my final payslip, over a weeks pay had been missed off my wages and when I tried to contact the company nobody would take my calls.

If you are a human being with a feeling of self worth and looking for work, please think very carefully about taking up any role with this company.
