Poor receptionist
Today we attended my daughters appointment to remove her braces. Journey takes 40 oneway we were 20 minutes early. On arrival we were greeted with a unhelpful rude patronising receptionist with a disgusting attitude towards me and my daughter. She had informed us the appointment is cancelled and we were notified via text which was a lie after fact checked she admitted that we were not informed by text she tried to blame us for this basic error from a dental practise. To the owners of this company you need to train your staff the skills of a receptionist.
