Maunder Taylor were appointed to take over the management of a block of flats where my company had completed various emergency works to the heating system on the instruction of the ex managing agent. Unfortunately, due to cash flow issues, we hadn’t been paid by the old agent and were owed tens of thousands of pounds. Michael and his team took over in difficult circumstances with a lot of issues that needed solving, but within a few months, he had resolved the cash flow problems and we had been paid in full. I know the residents think very highly of Maunder Taylor, and when it comes to resolving complicated issues with blocks of flats, Maunder Taylor know what they are doing and they deliver on their word.

Jamie Migden of Maunder Taylor is fair. Photronics Ltd took over a derelict building and renovated. Every 5yrs Maunder tried to double rent, but pointing out our renovation expenses, they settled on reasonable increases. In the end it was ludicrous business rates that made us move. Pleased that Maunder passed the building to a music company that could appreciate the building.

Jamie has been our agent for building maintenance and works for our endowed building, which provides the sole funding for our charity. He has made the effort to meet regularly with the trustees, as landlords, and has established a good working relationship with the premises manager for the tenants. The building is Victorian and presents a number of unique challenges which Jamie has tackled to good effect.
I -as vice chair to the trustees - am delighted that he has been in position when we needed a steady, capable and proactive agent.
