Ease of ordering and delivery. Delivery was a little linger than anticipated (next day in the name!!) And then had to select a date the option closest date were booked up!

Very good company
Very easy to use for info and prompt replies. Well wrapped product. Delivery info extremely good. I knew exactly when the guys were arriving. Also difficult delivery but managed well. The guys were very pleasant and a credit to company. Love my new mattress and pillow is great. Seem like a well made products so far and a good guarantee.
