Very good company
Very easy to use for info and prompt replies. Well wrapped product. Delivery info extremely good. I knew exactly when the guys were arriving. Also difficult delivery but managed well. The guys were very pleasant and a credit to company. Love my new mattress and pillow is great. Seem like a well made products so far and a good guarantee.

The delivery of my mattress was first class, I received a phone call from the delivery man explaining that I would need the code sent to me on their arrival, which was done, the delivery of my new mattress and removal of my old one was was done without any fuss, couldn't ask for a better service.

Replacement Mattress
The drivers phoned me to say they were 20minutes away .On arrival 2 very polite chaps brought the Simba Mattress to our bedroom unpacked it from the box They placed on the bedframe and removed the plastic bag the mattress was in .They told me we could sleep on it that night They removed and took all packaging with them .
