Great price, quick delivery, kept up to date on delivery, and the bed is good quality.
Only suggested improvement would be better packaging. The packaging (not the bed) was damaged which did worry us at first, though the bed was actually fine. But it wasn't well wrapped and if the packaging was damaged a bit more it could have damaged the frame.
Would definitely but from mattressman again.
