Salesman in the shop was helpful and the Mattress we picked was the super king size gel topped Arthur which is very comfy.
However the delivery team let the side down! They didnt want to unpack and left all the packaging for us to get rid of ! When we was informed the would do everything

Our lovely bed
We ordered our bed frame, which we will be honest some holes didn't align and short of 2 bolts, that was soon rectified when we telephoned customer service. We received bolts by first class mail, customer service, the delivery guy were fab. We went to the showroom in Colchester for our mattress. We received absolute great service from the assistant, very informative. The delivery guy was great. And our mattress is absolutely perfect.

I couldn't have had better service
I needed to check the details of our current mattress to help me choose a new one. Details were on file from 10 years ago. I was emailed the nearest equivalent now, and I ordered it by telephone. Delivery came on time, old one removed. Simple. Couldn't have been easier and we now have an even better mattress than before.
